Understanding how the brain works (neuroscience) means we can begin to take more control of our feelings resulting in more confidence and control.  Topics covered include understanding emotional intelligence, the 5 competencies of EI and how to improve them, make up of the mind (limbic, frontal and parietal), understanding the survival response, neuronal pathways, and focusing as a way of brain integration.
